Ensure subscription order processing is accurate and completed in a timely manner
Act as a customer advocate to ensure billing inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently (right the first time)
Monitor and review outstanding subscription billing issues and follow up with relevant internal or external teams to resolve them and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure procedures and contractual terms are followed
Identify process improvements related to subscription billing and communicate them to the senior manager
Track and follow up on disputes and/or missing information
Requirements

Basic accounting knowledge
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interactions with international colleagues and clients)
