Collect, analyze and challenge business needs while facilitating workshops with users and stakeholders
Write requirements and user stories with clarity and structure
Contribute to defining the platform's functional solution
Coordinate the migration of legacy use cases into the new data platform (planning, analysis, documentation, change management)
Collaborate closely with IT teams (developers, service center, test center) to ensure accurate implementation
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for internal customers using the data platform
Support the Product Owner in maintaining an up-to-date backlog and monitoring support tickets
Contribute to test strategy, test case development, test campaigns and anomaly analysis
Draft operating procedures and user guides
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews, daily stand-ups)
Support project management activities (schedule follow-up, budget monitoring, progress reporting, risk management)

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in demanding, fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of data-related business environments (mandatory)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience in banking/insurance environments (nice to have)
Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements
Excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational mindset
Proactive, pragmatic, curious and autonomous
