Business Analyst II – 1-year contract

Role Overview

• Capture business requirements and technical details from multiple stakeholders for RFP, upgrades, and development enhancements
• Document business processes using flow diagrams and use cases
• Analyze capabilities of business systems and leverage them to meet business needs
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns and prepare metrics
• Support configuration of functional workflows in business systems
• Identify gaps and risks a proposed solution has on operations
• Align business requests with the volume of change the impacted business teams can manage
• Test new features for alignment with business processes and expected functionality
• Gather end-user feedback, identifying deficiencies, and potential improvements
• Run UAT, End to End, Train the Trainer, and Go Live sessions to support the roll-out of new tech
• Produce SOPs, FAQs, and job aids where needed, to help the business adapt to change

Requirements

• 5 + years’ experience as Business Analyst
• 2 + years’ experience using Change Management techniques
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in an agile environment
• IIBA certification preferred
• Bachelor of Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
