Lead the demand planning process for innovations, ensuring robust forecasts, alignment with markets, and early visibility of risks and opportunities.
Serve as the focal point between Demand Planning, project teams and global stakeholders to ensure consistency across schedules, volumes, portfolio and production capacity.
Actively participate in the S&OP cycle, contributing analyses, justifications, prioritizations and recommendations to support decision-making.
Continuously monitor and review fulfillment risks, development delays or scope changes related to innovations, proposing mitigation plans.
Ensure the quality of portfolio master data related to innovations (hierarchies, classifications, lifecycle, portfolio status, discontinuations, etc.).
Consolidate market information, historical data, cluster analyses and trends to support projections for new products.
Act as a guardian of the portfolio governance process, contributing to discipline, visibility and accuracy of information.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and tools.
Act as backup for the Demand team, ensuring continuity of planning routines, analyses and deliveries during vacations, absences or peak workloads.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
Previous experience in Demand Planning, S&OP or Supply Chain areas, preferably with a focus on portfolio or innovation.
Strong knowledge of data analysis, demand forecasting and KPI management.
Experience in complex environments with multiple markets and matrixed structures.
Proficiency in Excel/Power BI; experience with SAP IBP or similar tools is desirable.
