Role Overview
- Timely payment collection and knock-off in customer ledger
- Customer training and installation support for new products
- Improve TABS penetration in the zone
- Promote advanced ITP products such as TEBS/Tail guard/TPMS
- Collaborate with trailer export customers like Dutch Lanka Trailers
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Mechanical engineering
- 3-6 years of work experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in new product and project requirements for customers
- Ability to track revenue recognition and manage GRN from customers
- Previous experience addressing customer service complaints and coordinating resolutions
- Willingness to conduct continuous customer visits to address pain points
