Have extensive knowledge in overall compensation strategies, equity based schemes with a good understanding on corporate structures
Be curious, collaborating, agile with a focus on building trust with teams and clients. Have excellent listening and communication skills.
IT skills in MS word and MS excel
Speak English and French fluently. German and any other language is considered as an asset
