Hold weekly pipeline meetings with direct reports and provide daily monitoring of productivity and deliverables during the team's Scrum meetings;
Responsible for managing results and sales team performance metrics;
Analyze the team's ramp-up;
Track team development through monitoring, feedback, and performance indicators;
Create actions together with the team to drive sales results;
Your team will be responsible for pursuing opportunities in the middle and bottom stages of the sales funnel; you should have strong analytical skills and be able to implement initiatives to deliver key indicators that ensure excellent performance across daily, weekly, and monthly sales cadences;
Report daily team results to managers and present opportunities for improvement to increase productivity.
