Business Intelligence Analyst II

Role Overview

• Engages in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to support evaluation, assessment, and strategic planning for management decisions
• Conducts comprehensive analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse internal and external sources
• Demonstrates proficiency in crafting and executing complex data queries, presenting findings through detailed reports tailored to stakeholders' needs
• Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to generate dashboards, metrics, and actionable insights
• Engages closely with users and decision-makers to pinpoint optimal data sources, necessary data elements, and robust validation standards
• Leads collaborative efforts with development teams to conceptualize and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions
• Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
• Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
• Individual contributor working with limited oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
