About this role
Role Overview
Respond to client and clinician enquiries via email, chat, and support channels
Assist users with booking appointments, account access, and payment issues
Provide guidance on using the platform (video calls, scheduling, profiles)
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases when required
Maintain accurate records of support requests
Ensure a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach when dealing with users
Requirements
Previous experience in
customer support or client services
(preferably in tech or healthcare)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Comfortable working with digital platforms and support tools
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive situations
