About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and interactive chat
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues through troubleshooting
Providing clear, practical advice to help resolve problems effectively
Maintaining accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Serve as a guide and technical resource for customers implementing integrations with Avinode Group APIs
Write and maintain API & Integration documentation and implementation best practices
Requirements
2-3 years in a similar role/experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
Passionate and empathetic about customer service
Experience working with APIs and configuring integrations between platforms
Independent self-starter
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quick learner with technical aptitude
Flexible and adaptable
