About this role

You develop processes using our chat and voice bot platform, ChatCaptain.
You assist customers with integrating interfaces and implementing complex processes.
You communicate directly with customers and advise them on the ideal technical implementation.
You support us in optimizing our products.

You have a degree in Applied Computer Science or Media Informatics, are currently studying one of these fields, or have a comparable qualification — for example, advanced programming skills.
You have practical experience in software and/or web development.
You are proficient with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
High degree of quality and responsibility.
You present confidently to customers and are comfortable with direct customer interaction.
You are eager to learn and bring your own ideas as well as curiosity for trends and new technologies.
