Field Sales Representative – Tobacco Products

Role Overview

• Manage and expand your customer base within the sales territory — offering tailored advice and coordinating targeted agreements.
• Ensure optimal shelf placement, run creative promotions, and maintain a professional in‑market presence.
• Train sales staff and represent the company at trade shows.
• Plan routes and submit reports via iPad & online tools — digital, efficient, and transparent.
• Analyze competitors and market trends — identify opportunities before others do.

Requirements

• Experience in field sales, sales, or retail
• Strong communication skills, persuasive and service‑oriented
• Independent, organized, and goal‑oriented
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Valid driving licence (Class B) and confident use of iPhone & iPad
• You live in one of our sales areas or are open to relocating to the region
