Role Overview
Manage and grow your customer base within the sales territory through individualized advice and targeted agreements
Secure optimal shelf placement, implement creative promotions and represent the brand professionally in stores
Train store sales staff and represent the company at trade fairs
Route planning and reporting using iPad & online tools — digital, efficient and transparent
Analyze competitors and market trends — you spot opportunities before others do
Requirements
Experience in field sales, sales or retail
Strong communicator, persuasive and service-oriented
Independent, organized and goal-driven
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Driving license Class B and confident use of iPhone & iPad
You live in one of our sales territories or are open to relocating to the region
