About this role
Role Overview
Lead and coach a multicultural team of quota-carrying Velocity Sales Executives.
Set clear individual and team performance expectations; conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.
Foster a high-accountability, learning-oriented culture aligned with Keyloop's values and sales methodology.
Own the Velocity team ARR quota, delivering consistent monthly and quarterly attainment.
Build and maintain a robust regional territory plan, ensuring equitable coverage and maximum revenue potential.
Champion rigorous adoption of the internal sales methodology across the team.
Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
Based in Spain, with full fluency in English (written and spoken) + another European language.
Experience applying AI tools in sales (it´s a must)
5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership or team lead role within native SaaS or technology-led solutions.
Demonstrable track record of team quota attainment and coaching reps to individual targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM and revenue tooling (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach or equivalent).
Comfortable presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders, including QBR delivery.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a solutions-oriented, positive approach and attitude to change.
Experience within the automotive or mobility sector is a strong advantage.
