About this role
Role Overview
Plan and coordinate all activities related to projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within the established timeline and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may affect project execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Ensure that all scope changes are documented and approved.
Prepare and present project status reports.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status, and closing meetings.
Requirements
Experience in Project Management or Customer Success
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
