Responsible for preparing, measuring and evaluating all company-relevant metrics to provide management with strategically sound information about the company’s financial position
Prepare analyses, plans, reports and decision papers, and take on special projects
Prepare the budget and monitor the group's financial performance
Carry out controls within the internal control system
Provide support for production, sales and investment controlling
Calculate standard costs and perform preliminary and post-costing analyses
Continuously develop the controlling function in collaboration with colleagues
Familiarity with all group operations to accurately assess day-to-day business
Requirements
Degree in economics or business administration, preferably a Bachelor's, with a specialization in finance or a related field
Several years of relevant professional experience and solid knowledge in the finance area
Strong analytical and strategic skills
High level of accuracy, strong communication skills and trustworthiness
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
Affinity for operational business as well as proficiency in Excel and ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
