Responsible for sending performance reports: (debt report, negative penetration, churn funnel, clustering and monitoring of key customer-portfolio management indicators and month-over-month volume variance by customer, among others);
Manage tickets (opening and tracking cards and tickets for release and clearing of receivables);
Monitor order management: (send reports three times a day with invoiced and pending orders, including their statuses and reasons; interact with the GEL team to update billing forecasts and open tickets for release when necessary);
Support cross-selling, focusing on updating information such as stock/availability, invoiced products, pending products and lead times;
Provide administrative support to managers regarding hotel reservations, scheduling, slide preparation, material consolidation, etc.
Requirements
Experience: Administrative support to the commercial/sales team;
Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (very important); organization and analytical thinking;
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Education: University degree in progress
