About this role
Role Overview
Reconciliation of payments and accounts
Collecting and organizing receipts and invoices
Assisting with financial reporting and documentation
Supporting the head of finance with daily tasks and projects
Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
Support operations and financial management of a growing income-share-agreement portfolio
Support HR administration
Requirements
Graduation from a relevant degree program or training (e.g. “Betriebswirt”, “Kaufmann”, “Buchhalter”, “Finanzbuchhalter”, “Betriebswirtschaft”, “BWL”, “Kaufmännische Ausbildung”)
At least 1 year of professional experience (training, first professional experience, student job, internship, etc.)
Understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)
Fluency in German and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and time management skills
