Support monitoring of the area's OKRs by updating indicators, controls, and initiative status.
Organize and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational reports, ensuring the reliability of information.
Attend performance meetings, management rituals, and operational excellence forums, handling scheduling, preparation of materials, and meeting minutes.
Assist in collecting, consolidating, and performing basic analysis of operational data to support decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
Support communication among departments involved in OKR projects, ensuring alignment of deadlines and deliverables.
Requirements
👨🎓 Currently enrolled in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Automation Engineering, or related fields, preferably in the second half of the program.
⏳ Availability for an exciting 24-month internship, or with expected graduation from 12/2027 onwards.
🕒 Availability to work 6 hours per day.
🗺️ Reside in or near Itu, São Paulo (SP).
📊 Interest in industrial indicators and solutions.
🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.
🗂️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
🤝 Comfortable working in teams and interacting with multiple departments.
