About this role

Execute and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities and proposing adjustments based on data;
Perform operational analyses to support day-to-day decision-making in the operation;
Monitor indicators and KPIs, ensuring critical interpretation of results and identification of deviations;
Support and lead small continuous improvement initiatives/projects with increasing autonomy;
Organize, monitor, and evolve operational flows and routines;
Collaborate with partner areas to implement improvements and resolve issues;
Develop a critical perspective on data and processes, questioning inconsistencies and proposing improvements.

Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
Intermediate/advanced Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables)
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
Experience with data manipulation to develop critical insights into data and processes
Experience in process improvement and problem solving
Analytical skills and logical reasoning
Ability to organize and execute tasks independently
Good communication and ability to interact with different departments
Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
