Requirements
Proven experience in team management and senior-level brand or visual design role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in various marketing channels and brand identity development.
Experience establishing and maintaining AI workflows for asset production, templating, and iterating, without sacrificing brand quality.
Experience in measuring and improving design performance.
Work well asynchronously, communicating clearly and proactively.
