About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
- Create, update and maintain department training materials.
- Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
- Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
- Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
