Work closely with the Senior designer to produce marketing visuals and assets across a wide range of channels and use cases – paid campaigns, email, social media, events, web, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement
Design and update landing pages, banners, and Figma components as part of ongoing web improvements
Prepare web-ready assets for development handoff, working alongside our freelance HubSpot front-end developer
Use and apply reusable components and templates within the marketing design system in Figma
Follow and apply ApprovalMax brand guidelines consistently across all work
Bring a reliable, can-do approach to varied briefs, comfortable switching between tasks and pitching in wherever needed
Ensure timely delivery of all assets across projects
Edit and produce video content including cutdowns, social clips, subtitle additions, and light color/audio adjustments
Create motion graphics and animated assets for use across digital channels and the website
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a design role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
Strong video editing and motion design skills
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite
Comfortable working within Google Workspace
A portfolio demonstrating both static marketing design and video/motion work
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand and design guidelines
Comfortable working closely with others in a team, with clear and timely communication
Curious and enthusiastic about new ideas, tools, and ways of working, including how AI is shaping design, marketing, and the wider business
Nice to Have: Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Familiarity with Canva
Experience with or interest in HubSpot page design and marketing automation tools
