Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end discovery processes, structuring problems, hypotheses, and strategic questions.
- Define and apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, guiding investigations and synthesizing actionable insights.
- Translate research findings into strategic recommendations, product direction, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive experience diagnostics, including building journey maps, ecosystems, operating models, and service blueprints.
- Design end-to-end solutions considering channels, products, services, operations, and technology.
- Create complete, scalable, and accessible interfaces, ensuring experience quality, visual consistency, and usability.
- Make design decisions autonomously, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate strategic alignments and lead workshops with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Influence product and service decisions through clear narratives, data, and a systemic vision.
- Act as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring designers at different levels.
- Contribute actively to the continuous evolution of design and CX practices at Elo.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Design, Service Design, UX Research, or Strategic Design.
- Systems thinking, product vision, and the ability to operate in complex contexts.
- Mastery of research, synthesis, facilitation, and service modeling methods.
- Strong command of UX/UI, usability, accessibility, prototyping, and visual design.
- Ability to articulate and defend solutions in environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills with leadership.
- Familiarity with the use of AI tools in the context of design, research, or analysis.
Additionally, the following are a plus:
- Experience creating, evolving, and governing Design Systems.
- Experience in the financial sector, fintechs, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of product metrics and experimentation (hypotheses, A/B testing, outcomes).
- Knowledge of experience and usability metrics (NPS, CES, CSAT).
- Applied knowledge of LLMs and AI tools to support discovery, synthesis, or design of AI-based solutions.
