Role Overview
- Partner with your executives to understand their priorities
- Serve as the point person for planning global, multi-day team onsite meetings
- Work independently and execute decisions on behalf of your executives
- Manage complex travel on behalf of your executives
- Act as a point person for your executives’ direct reports
- Plan agendas, coordinate logistics for large meetings, draft presentations
- Collaborate with your peer Executive Business Partners
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail, proactiveness, and high level of integrity
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Experience planning domestic and international travel
- Confident abilities to plan and facilitate virtual, in person, or hybrid leadership summits
- Experience with contract management and procurement processes
- Excellent time-management skills
