Design and ship internal tooling for our operations teams — building products that improve day-to-day workflows for internal specialists.
Explore and design client-facing payment and insurance experiences — a mix of greenfield explorations and improvements to how clients understand and manage their healthcare costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to bring designs from exploration to implementation-ready specs.
Requirements
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution
Senior-level experience with proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives
Experience working on consumer-facing and B2B or internal products with significant user impact
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Cursor, etc.)
Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and articulate design decisions.
