Requirements
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and one of: German, French, Spanish, or Italian
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with AI tools such as LLMs and agents
- Experience working in or with Call Centers
