Role Overview
- Opening and handling tickets (Sigitm/DRACO)
- Identification and diagnosis of faults through curve analysis
- Locating faults in the external network using reference points
- Validation and closure of alarms; handling DRACO hardware failures
- Dispatching and monitoring teams (partner teams)
- SLA management and escalations
- Opening and follow-up of inspection and SWAP tickets (donor/recipient)
- Interaction with carriers and field teams
- Use of the ABR Telecom workflow
- Validation with the NOC; opening, tracking and consolidation of mass events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a NOC or telecommunications preferred
