About this role

Structure and update content on SharePoint / intranet
Organize data, extract insights and support the Global team
Ensure standardization, quality, and monitoring of indicators and data
Create dashboards and informational portfolios (Excel, Power BI or similar), including accessible versions for people with visual impairments
Support initiatives related to culture, communications, and events
Disseminate data and content to other areas of the company
Assist in organizing training sessions, lectures, campaigns and events
Contribute to internal materials and communications
Support the implementation of inclusion pillars and contribute to the creation of policies, standards and guidelines.

Knowledge of Information Technology in corporate environments
Practical experience or working knowledge of SharePoint (sites, libraries, permissions, governance)
Ability to structure, analyze and interpret statistical and management reports
Basic understanding of databases, metrics, indicators and information quality
Intermediate Excel (organization, formulas, filters, tables, simple dashboards)
Experience creating content and presentations (PowerPoint or equivalent)
