PineQ Lab Technology is seeking a Product Analyst to support the implementation of a Content Management System as part of their digital product initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and help deliver scalable digital solutions that enhance content management and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and optimization of a Content Management System (CMS) for digital platforms
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to gather and document product requirements
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile product development activities
- Conduct data analysis and monitor product performance to identify areas for improvement
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features are delivered according to business requirements
- Document workflows, product features, and system capabilities for internal teams
- Help ensure the CMS implementation aligns with business objectives and digital product strategy
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or digital content platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience writing user stories, requirements documentation, and functional specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
