About this role
Role Overview
Perform screening, checklist procedures, and document validation for purchasing and contracting processes.
Ensure requests arrive complete for order initiation and formalization.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance, and compliance requirements.
Monitor deadlines, outstanding items, and deliverables related to third‑party management.
Interface with suppliers and internal teams for adjustments, corrections, and alignments.
Monitor activities, deliverables, and performance of service providers.
Prepare and update controls, spreadsheets, and QA and compliance reports.
Report process deviations and follow up on corrective action plans.
Support standardization and continuous improvement of the area’s workflows.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, Production Engineering, Management Processes, Supply Chain, or related fields
Knowledge of Quality Assurance fundamentals
Experience in cost analysis and negotiation
Experience in Supplier Management
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
