Consulting and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions
Analyzing client requirements in the areas of time management and HR
Implementing SAP Time Tracking solutions, including customizations within SAP SuccessFactors
Configuring and optimizing time capture systems
Integrating SAP Time Tracking with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Payroll, SAP HR)
Project management: leading, planning, and executing SAP Time Tracking projects
Coordinating with other business units and external service providers
Supporting resource planning and budget control
Training and support: conducting workshops and training sessions for key users
Producing documentation and user manuals
Reviewing and continuously improving existing SAP SuccessFactors time management solutions
Performing testing and quality assurance activities

Minimum 5 years’ experience executing (configuring) complex projects in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC)
At least 3 years’ experience configuring SF Time Off and SF Time Sheets
Experience integrating terminals and SF Time Tracking with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP)
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, and provide consulting throughout the project lifecycle
