Manager – Sourcing, Imports

Role Overview

• Role: Manager -Sourcing (Imports)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate supplier onboarding.
• Evaluate supplier performance and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze and manage costs for sourcing activities.
• Oversee inventory and procurement audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain clear documentation and records for sourcing processes.
• Lead negotiations for RFQ and supplier contracts for global sourcing.
• Mentor team members in sourcing strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Should have 12 to 15 years of experience in Imports souring in reputed companies / MNCs.
• Domain Expertise in the following:
• Supplier Onboarding with due diligence and evaluation
• RFQ and Negotiations skills
• Global Sourcing experience preferred.
• Cost management
• On time Delivery
• Customs regulations process.
• Compliance requirements in sourcing.
• Vendor development process.
• Experience of Inventory, procurement and subcontracting audits’ handling is preferred.
• Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
• Documentation and records maintenance.
• Data analysis and decision making.
• Complete knowledge of MM modules in sourcing.
• Exposure to SAP HANA is preferred.
