Role Overview
- Drive planning and execution across the Strategy & Innovation team
- Lead team-wide goal-setting and OKR processes aligned with enterprise strategy
- Monitor team performance, budget and engagement
- Oversee special projects and initiatives from concept to delivery
- Lead cross-functional and cross-segment working groups
- Establish governance and reporting for strategic programs
- Coordinate across segments and functions on group-wide AI-related initiatives
- Support execution of priorities in Data, Analytics, and Digital transformation
- Conduct market sensing to identify new opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
- 10+ years in operations, strategy, or transformation leadership with at least 5+ years in the insurance industry
- Experience with OKRs, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution
- Familiarity with data, digital, and AI technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters, e.g., MBA or equivalent preferred
