Review clients’ plan documents and data to determine tasks needed for the payroll implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on payroll implementation solutions and functional requirement documents to be used by IT which optimize client satisfaction and achieve the desired business results.
Collaborate with the team to determine complex service setup requirements.
Administer data collection sessions with customers to compile all payroll implementation requirements, details and intricacies.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that all requirements have been captured, and all expected outcomes are returned.
Identify and resolve internal/external stakeholder issues/concerns in a timely and collaborative manner.
Provide information, education and training to external clients and internal teams on processes, procedures and/or services.
Contribute to the planning and design of onboarding of new retirement plans, the development of deliverables, due dates, and milestones.
Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to develop strong payroll implementation and conversion plans through proactive and reactive customer interactions, ensuring the overall service needs are satisfied.
Serve as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on routine projects related to new business implementation and conversions.
Identify and communicate to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality.
Promote and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within your assigned area of responsibility.
Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Requirements
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
1–3+ Years of experience in relationship management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organization/project management skills
Ability to work with others in a fast paced, team environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
