Hold overall accountability for AI delivery execution across Spain.
Establish, implement and enforce strong delivery governance, project controls and reporting mechanisms.
Drive customers to meet contractual and technical prerequisites before and during delivery.
Proactively lead customers, ensuring clear expectations, structured communication and confident handling of challenging conversations.
Represent Delivery in multiple executive-level SteerCos and internal governance forums, providing clear and assertive status, risks and mitigation updates.
Line manage, coach and develop Developers and Linguists within the AI practice.
Raise delivery maturity by creating a culture of ownership, clarity, accountability and disciplined execution.
Challenge, support and upskill team to adopt consistent best-practice methods and ways of working.
Personally lead, recover or deliver complex, strategic or at-risk AI projects.
Serve as the senior delivery authority in difficult client environments, including those with legacy constraints or poor readiness.
Ensure effective coordination across international engineering, consulting, AI, linguistic and platform teams to deliver unified outcomes.
Partner closely with the AI Practice Leadership and AI Program Manager to embed consistent quality standards.
Escalate delivery blockers promptly and confidently, both internally and with clients.
Improve internal operational processes to address the current fragmentation within Spain delivery.
Requirements
Senior delivery leadership experience within complex technology or AI programmes.
Strong background in delivery management and structured project control.
Proven track record in managing, leading and recovering challenging or failing projects.
Experience working with international and nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
Demonstrable senior-level customer leadership, including stakeholder management up to executive and SteerCo level.
Ability to introduce structure, governance and disciplined execution into a delivery organisation.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Comfortable operating under pressure, in ambiguous situations, and within challenging customer environments.
Experience in enterprise, regulated or large-scale client environments (preferred).
Prior exposure to multidisciplinary AI project delivery (engineering, data, linguistics, automation), even if role itself is non-technical.
