About this role
Role Overview
- Own the design and reliability of marketplace BI and analytics infrastructure.
- Manage marketplace reporting ecosystems, integrating multiple internal and external data sources into centralized BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Build scalable datasets and dashboards used by regional and country teams.
- Lead all automation efforts related to marketplace and e‑commerce audits, owning the automation roadmap for audit processes.
- Act as a trusted analytical partner to sales, category, digital marketing, and country teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred.
- Extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or eCommerce roles.
- Experience in creating BI dashboards
- Proven ownership of business intelligence, data models, and reporting infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of marketplace reporting and performance analytics.
- Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation.
