Lead and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives for the Blades Factory in Lumbier, ensuring efficient workforce planning, cost control, and compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements.
Oversee end‑to‑end People Operations, including daily personnel administration, attendance and leave management, labor relations, and communication with Unions.
Coordinate talent acquisition and development, supervising recruitment for technical and corporate roles, managing onboarding and offboarding tasks, and designing career paths and professional development initiatives.
Promote a strong organizational culture, leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace climate, and the retention of highly specialized technical talent.
Manage training and corporate processes, coordinating technical/regulatory training plans, implementing corporate HR initiatives, and delivering periodic reporting to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Laws or Business Administration
Master’s in human resources will be nice to have
Fluent in English
