Provide end-to-end project management leadership for projects of varying scale and high complexity that extend across multiple Global Supply Chain and Operations functional areas
Lead and influence diverse project teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and success
Build and manage project documents, RAID, WBS, and budget tracking from initiation through close
Provide accurate and consistent project reporting, including status, risk assessments, and issue tracking
Compose and maintain project plans with multiple functional managers to ensure appropriate team assignments and factor in operational resource impact considerations
Identify risks and issues, defining appropriate mitigation action strategies, resolution approaches, and reporting
Analyze complex issues and facilitate team resolution to ensure a successful project launch
Conduct project closure process at the end of projects, which includes final budget reconciliation, summary of project accomplishments against success criteria, issues, and lessons learned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in project management, engineering, logistics, production, or manufacturing
Proven experience as a Project Manager
PMI or equivalent experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the gaming industry, supply chain management, engineering, or manufacturing preferred
Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Planview, or equivalent PPM application
