Coordinate the sales routines of sales representatives:
Pre-sales: provide support in preparing materials, including analysis of the customer’s purchase history and assistance in preparing quotes, presenting data that justify costs, margins and security for the customer.
Sales: ensure compliance with Universal’s commercial policies and strategies; accompany and support negotiations and order closing with the customer as needed. Facilitate the business with the customer and, when necessary, request support from the regional manager.
Post-sales: ensure that sales representatives are monitoring delivery deadlines, requests for exchanges and/or returns, complaints, etc.
Develop people: provide continuous feedback to develop employees and directly contribute to the improvement of their performance.
Map the team’s main training needs and schedule development training for technical skills (CTF) or behavioral skills.
Train sales representatives on how to position products by demonstrating benefits that differentiate them from competitors to increase customer confidence.
Teach sales representatives how to build a relationship of trust and respect with customers.
Routine Management – GEROT: perform daily timekeeping checks, adjustments, and management; perform daily mileage checks, adjustments, and management; route management (check-in); conduct daily routes together with sales representatives and regional coordinators; act as the company’s representative/witness when necessary; report deviations to HR for analysis and for possible disciplinary actions when needed; implement disciplinary measures; provide individual feedback and guide the team regarding company policies; act as guardian of company rules and flag deviations for resolution; hold weekly team meetings; conduct individual feedback meetings with team members.
People management: set area targets aligned with the company’s objectives and mission; motivate the team and always ensure the best results with quality and agility; guide the team to pursue continuous development, new knowledge, and innovation; conduct cultural rituals with assertiveness and quality, according to established frequency and deadlines; act as an ambassador of the culture and values of Grupo Universal Soluções Automotivas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Experience in the automotive sector (preferred);
Experience in process and people management;
Knowledge of the region; candidates with field experience will be a plus;
Reside in São Paulo City (North Zone);
Field experience in São Paulo City and the coastal region.
