Assist in collecting data, structuring assumptions, and organizing the financial information required for analysis;
Collaborate in monitoring CAPEX, providing requesting areas with clear, up-to-date analyses of budget vs. actual, project status, and other relevant data, ensuring alignment and efficiency in decision-making;
Track performance indicators (KPIs) and support the preparation of reports and executive presentations;
Ensure compliance with investment policies and good governance practices;
Prepare periodic financial reports to support management;
Consolidate financial information from different areas or business units;
Use financial management systems and analytical tools, implementing improvements in financial processes;
Contribute to ensuring the accuracy of the data used in analyses and reports;
Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation;
Collaborate with departments such as Accounting, Treasury, and Controllership on closings and analyses.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Project Management, Strategic Planning, or related areas is a plus;
Experience in planning and managing CAPEX budgets, including physical-financial tracking, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations;
Advanced Excel skills, including financial functions, charting, and model structuring;
Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and critical thinking;
Ability to influence and lead discussions with technical teams and senior leadership;
Clear and concise communication, with the ability to simplify complex topics;
Excellent prioritization, organization, and multitask management skills;
Collaborative approach and maturity to work in multidisciplinary teams.
