Role Overview
- Commercial management of multiple eye centers in the Rhine-Ruhr region.
- Monitoring operating results and corporate objectives, including patient and financial metrics.
- Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets and cost-control measures.
- Defining performance targets and conducting performance evaluations.
- Planning regional strategies in alignment with overarching business goals.
- Identifying and leveraging growth opportunities through marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g., strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar) or in similarly fast-paced companies.
- Proven ability to prepare and communicate business and financial analyses at the executive level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take on significant responsibility and drive problem-solving independently.
- A self-directed working style with minimal supervision is essential.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without formal authority and to secure a key role in decision-making.
- Strong organizational and process-management skills.
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level).
