Achieve measurable reduction in cost per unit processed.
Develop homegrown inventory and operational systems.
Integrate and optimize Warehouse Management System.
Drive initiatives that create efficiency gains and additional value capture from devices.
Provide reporting and instrumentation for operational visibility.

5+ years of product management experience in operational, warehouse, supply chain, or inventory-heavy environments.
Experience owning or implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Deposco experience is a plus.
Proven success improving efficiency in complex, multi-stage workflows.
Strong analytical capability and comfort defining operational KPIs with data teams.
Experience with inventory state transitions, condition-based workflows, refurbishment, repair, or reverse logistics.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior IC in a cross-functional, execution-focused environment.
