Higher education in progress or completed (Information Technology or related fields)
Hardware and software installation and configuration
Office 365 installation and configuration
OneDrive configuration
Operating systems: Windows (including Windows 10) and macOS
Windows 10 troubleshooting
Installation of commercial software
Basic network troubleshooting
Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Microsoft Office suite
Mobile devices (Apple/iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
Familiarity with remote access tools for technical support
Basic knowledge of Linux
Advanced knowledge of macOS
Requirements
Education: Higher education completed (courses related to IT)
Basic knowledge of customer service concepts
Basic knowledge of IT support areas
Must demonstrate initiative, good communication, curiosity, flexibility and agility
