Support in customer acquisition and coordination of presentation appointments
Participation in customer events and delivery of product presentations and training
Conduct as-is analyses to prepare for the implementation of our software at customer sites and coordinate the organizational and technical prerequisites
Receive customer inquiries and requests and develop solutions
Contribute expertise to the further development of our products
Maintain strong customer relationships and identify potential opportunities
Requirements
Successfully completed training as a tax clerk, certified accountant, or a business degree with a focus on accounting/finance
Ideally basic knowledge of VAT
At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant tasks or comparable roles
German language proficiency at C1 level
Strong customer

Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide
