About this role
Role Overview
Monitor campaign KPIs daily (CPA, CAC, ROAS, impressions, clicks) and recommend tactical adjustments to optimize results.
Create detailed reports with actionable insights, presenting key findings and recommendations to media and management teams.
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and bids to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate proactively with the Web Analytics team to ensure data integrity and correct attribution of results.
Propose and implement ongoing optimizations for digital media campaigns, continuously pursuing increased efficiency and achievement of objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience managing online media, with work across channels such as Google and Meta, in both advertiser and agency settings.
Strong reporting skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
Advanced Excel skills, including use of functions and tools for data analysis and manipulation.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with a strong results orientation and data-informed decision-making.
Team player with effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads or other digital media platforms (preferred).
