About this role

Provides support, mentorship and direction to ensure a high level of Employee and Resident engagement.
Provides leadership for the Community by setting a Service Excellence standard.
Promotes harmonious relations among residents, staff, and surrounding community.
Assists the General Manager with the training, coaching, and development of exceptional team members.
Responsible for safety and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
Maintains occupancy and collection targets, oversees financial reporting, administration, and audits.
Manages customer sales interactions and executes customer experience initiatives.

A Bachelor degree; or 1 years’ experience in the student/multi-family housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Property Management software (Entrata).
Working knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs and Fair Housing Laws and EEO Laws.
