Role Overview
- Oversee daily operations of GDAC Shanghai and Shenzhen laboratory
- Ensure high-quality technical support to customers
- Design and execute analytical methods to support customer applications
- Maintain and calibrate lab instruments to comply with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key projects
Requirements
- Master's degree from four-year college or university
- Six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of physical and chemical analysis techniques
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of technical professionals
- Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple projects within deadlines
- Clear and professional communication in both English and Chinese
