Lead the research on conformal coating application process, formulate the appropriate application parameters to accommodate various types of conformal coating.
Collaborate with R&D chemist to execute the application test for new conformal coating, collecting test data and output verification reports.
Coordinate with internal R&D, supply chain, qualify team in supporting of new project development, leading on on-site process verification.
Assist key accounts in solving abnormal application problem, lead root case analysis and improvement of commonly seen conformal coating application defects (Cob-web, pitting, bubbles, spatting), create corresponding technical documents to address customer issues or application abnormalities.
Lead the failure mode analysis of conformal coatings on PCBs, be responsible for relevant reliability verification and failure analysis (Isothermal aging, damp heat, thermal shock, salt spray, cross-section analysis).
Formulate and continuing improving the internal conformal coating application guidance, carry out relative training and skill evaluation for lab assistant.
Keep abreast of cutting-edge application technologies, and facilitate the introduction new products and application technical upgrade.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related filed.
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in reading and writing English, with basic oral communication skills.
