Operations Instructional Designer, Trainer

Role Overview

• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify skill gaps
• Apply adult learning methodologies to design effective learning strategies
• Lead development of scalable learning programs including curricula and onboarding
• Develop skills-first learning programs for performance outcomes
• Design and maintain training materials across multiple formats
• Provide feedback to instructional designers for high-quality content
• Define measurable learning objectives and evaluate training effectiveness
• Independently manage complex training projects and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, required; bachelor’s degree, preferred
• 2+ years of experience supporting operational initiatives, required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, required
• 2+ years of experience using instructional or design software, required
• Experience using Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, and Vyond, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, required
• Proven project management experience, required
• Ability to travel 0-25%, preferred
